Dr. Lillie Joseph
Founder/Board Chairman
Dr. Joseph is a native of Sumter, South Carolina, however, has been in the Tri-county area for the last 40 plus years.
She is married to Abe Joseph from Kingsland, GA. and together they have six children and six grandchildren.
Dr. Joseph received her undergrad and MBA from Charleston Southern University and her doctorate in Christian Education from His Excellence Theological Seminary.
She was the associate pastor at Safegate Ministries for the past 12 years.
Dr. Joseph has taught at bible colleges and seminaries and continues to faithfully teach and preach the Word of God.
She retired in 2019 from the Dept. of Veterans Affairs as a Branch Chief with over 39 years of federal government service.
She is currently working as a Contract Specialist (contract employee) with the Dept. of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
She owns Lil's Tax Accounting & Credit Services (LTAC), where she has provided tax preparation, credit repair, bookkeeping, notary services and creates 50l(c)3s and other business entities for the past 25 years.
Dr. Joseph is all about Kingdom building which includes people, communities and businesses.
Charlene Aiken

Charlene Aiken has been a resident of North Charleston her entire life.
She graduated from the Charleston County School of the Arts and has been an employee for Charleston County for 7 years.
She is a passionate worship leader at Totally His Cathedral.
Charlene is also an entrepreneur and owns P. S. I Love You Intimate Dinner and Events, where she pursues her dream of creating unique flower arrangements and decorating for intimate events.
She is also very passionate about eating healthy and influencing others to be more health conscious.
Pamela Gathers

Pamela is a quality caterer.
Pamela is the owner of All Sweetness & Honey catering, P & J’s Cleaning services, and she is also a Notary Public.
With communication, respect, attentive listening, excellent customer service and compassion she is able to serve God and cater to the needs of his people.
She lives in Charleston, SC and is the mother of four children.
Pastor Sherron Archie-Sinclair

Pastor Sherron Sinclair is the Executive Pastor at Totally His Cathedral in North Charleston, SC.
Sherron is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience.
She is also the owner and CEO of Sinclair Medical Staffing Services.
Her passion for healing and deliverance can be seen in the way she serves the Kingdom.
She is the proud mother of three boys and resides in Goose Creek, SC.
Tonia Fair

Tonia V. Fair is a 66 years old widow and the mother of 2 beautiful children,
She worked in the field of Finance / Administrative Services for the South Carolina State Government for 37 ½ years.
Mrs. Fair was born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina.
She currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina and has been a close friend to the founder of LOV Ministries for 61 years.
Darlene Pope

contracts and grants, author, course developer, trainer, and business consultant.
She currently resides in
the state of Maryland and enjoys community outreach, church communion and provides support to

She is very family oriented, and also a PADI scuba diver.
She holds a B.S. degree in
Management Studies from the University of Maryland, University College and M.S.L. degree in Law and
Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore.
She is a proud U.S. Army Veteran, USAR, 464th
Transportation Company in Alexandria, VA. Her primary MOS was Marine Hull Repair (Welder) and secondary was military vessel coxswain.

She is a licensed minister and has volunteered in various church and community positions.
She is the founder of Great Women Unite, a 501 c3 dedicated to supporting wholeness- mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health- in women thru discussions, events and resource connections.
She is also the owner of the Star Connection, LLC, a for-profit business focused on assisting small businesses grow thru locating and obtaining funding and sharpening presence in their individual markets.

She currently resides in Georgia with her children.
